Since March, Gongjin Electronics Pingshan and Taicang parks have successively carried out various forms of volunteer services in memory of Lei Feng and green environmental protection activities, combining public welfare services with ecological civilization construction.
On March 5th, the "Lei Feng Memorial Day", Pingshan Park held a voluntary blood donation public welfare activity. This event was jointly organized by Pingshan Administrative Department and Tongwei Love Public Welfare Foundation, and received positive responses from the majority of employees, with a total of 28 employees signing up to participate. There were both experienced donors who had donated blood multiple times and new faces who were participating for the first time. After rigorous testing, 23 people successfully donated blood, including 8 party members, with a total blood donation volume of 7800 milliliters. Everyone used their warm blood to convey love and interpreted the spirit of Lei Feng in the new era through practical actions.
The Taicang Tongwei Party Branch carried out a "Learn from Lei Feng" convenience service activity in the park. Party volunteers set up booths on site to provide employees with various intimate services such as cleaning mobiles phoness and computers, cleaning and repairing glasses, ironing and tidying clothes, and measuring blood pressure. This series of activities runs throughout March, and is held in the park every Friday at 12:00 PM, making volunteer service normalized and convenient.
On March 12th, the Arbor Day, the Taicang Tongwei 2026 green environmental protection series of activities officially kicked off at the Taishan Stone Square in the park, with the simultaneous launch of the first "Planting Green for a New Future" tree planting and garden cleaning campaign. Long Xiaojing, the company's deputy general manager, Chen Kai, the general manager of the Human Resources and Administrative Management Center, Wang Hui, a veteran party member of the park, and all employees participated. Long Xiaojing delivered a speech at the launch ceremony, calling on all employees to protect the beautiful park through regular environmental protection actions. Subsequently, all party members carried out tree planting, grass pulling, garbage cleaning, and other actions in designated areas in an orderly manner, working together to practice the concept of environmental protection.
On the same day, the Pingshan Administrative Department of Gongjin Electronics organized an environmental volunteer service activity themed "Volunteers in Red Guard the Ecology in Green, Jointly Build and Share a Beautiful Park". 35 party members and employee volunteers participated. Party volunteers from the Pingshan First and Second Party Branches of Gongjin's Party Committee actively participated in the activity in the form of a themed party day, and were divided into two teams to conduct centralized cleaning of areas around the office building, parking lot, green belt, dormitory building, canteen vicinity, and along the park's fence. Volunteers held pliers and garbage bags, carefully cleaning up cigarette butts, paper scraps, plastic packaging, and other debris, leaving no sanitary dead ends unattended. After about an hour of effort, the park's environment was transformed into a brand new state.
