    On February 9th and 12th, the 2025 Annual Excellence Recognition Ceremony and 2026 Spring Festival Gala for Gongjin Electronics' East China and South China regions were grandly held in Taicang and Pingshan respectively. Members of the company's new leadership team attended the events, celebrating the Spring Festival with employees from both locationss. In 2025, Gongjin Electronics officially joined the Tangshan Industrial Control Group family through equity restructuring, integrating into the strategic landscape of Tangshan Industrial Control Group. All employees watched the 2025 Gongjin Development Review video together, paying tribute to the year of journeying through storms side by side.
    In his New Year's speech, Hu Zumin, the General Manager of the company, extended his sincere gratitude to all employees. He pointed out that in 2025, the company had achieved fruitful results in the three major tracks of intelligent communication, intelligent computing, and AI innovation, with significant breakthroughs in various core businesses. As the first full year after joining the Tang Holdings strategic system, in 2026, the company will rely on the group's development ecosystem of "global resource endowment + specialized, refined, unique, and innovative industrial clusters", aiming to achieve a basic goal of sales exceeding 9.5 billion yuan and net profit not less than 90 million yuan. The company strives to achieve a market value of 10 billion yuan, an output value of 10 billion yuan, and a profit of over 100 million yuan, laying a solid foundation for achieving the future goal of a market value of 30 billion yuan.
    Wang Jianxiang, the chairman of the company, delivered a speech to employees from both locationss. Chairman Wang proposed: We will actively respond to the group's deployment on deepening and routine assessment mechanisms and consolidating talent as the primary resource, accelerate the improvement and promotion of medium- and long-term equity incentives, and build a dual promotion mechanism of "technology + management"; we will resolutely protect the legitimate rights and interests of all employees, especially minority shareholders, continue to standardize information disclosure, and constantly improve modern corporate governance mechanisms; we will promote the deep integration of party organization construction into all aspects of corporate governance, lead high-quality enterprise development with high-quality party building, and build Gongjin into a modern benchmark enterprise with state-owned enterprise responsibility and private enterprise vitality, possessing global competitiveness and red genes.
    During the excellence recognition segment, the conference played the video "Pay Tribute to Your Every Step", showcasing the demeanor of Tongwei's hundred stars and promoting the spirit of hard work and innovation. Cheng Shuxin, Vice Chairman and Executive Deputy General Manager, and Hu Zumin, General Manager of the company, presented awards to the award-winning employees, thanking them for their outstanding contributions to the company's development.
    At the Vietnam Tongwei Recognition Conference, Yang Jinke, the director of the overseas factory, delivered an annual summary report. In 2025, Vietnam Tongwei's main business saw a year-on-year growth of 44.3%, and its EMS business achieved profitability in its first year of production, marking remarkable achievements. The conference presented three major honors: "Outstanding Individual", "Advanced Team", and "Tongwei Hundred Stars". Wang Dawei, the company's founder, personally attended the event to present certificates, trophies, and travel benefits to the "Tongwei Hundred Stars" awardees.
